If you are interested in purchasing one of our items, please submit an enquiry via our Enquiry Page, quoting the Item Reference Number as noted in the product description. We will contact you to confirm reciept of your request and discuss delivery arrangements. For further information regarding delivery, please refer to the Delivery section below.

buying

dELIVERY

All prices displayed on the Website are exclusive of delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery costs will be calculated separately and confirmed to the customer prior to the conclusion of any sale.

Where the delivery address is within a reasonable distance of our premises, we may, at our sole discretion, undertake delivery using our own vehicle. For deliveries to locations further afield, we reserve the right to engage a specialist third-party courier. In such circumstances, a delivery quotation will be obtained and provided to the customer for approval before any delivery arrangements are made.

No contract for delivery shall be formed until the customer has accepted the applicable delivery charges. Delivery times are estimates only and, whilst every effort will be made to meet them, they are not guaranteed.

Collection of items may be available by prior arrangement.

authenticity & descriptions

We take great care to research, catalogue, and describe all items accurately and in good faith. All descriptions, dates, attributions, provenance information, dimensions, and condition statements represent our professional opinion based on the information available at the time of listing.

Items may show signs of age, wear, restoration, repairs, alterations, or other imperfections consistent with their age and history. Such characteristics should be expected and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Any known significant restorations, repairs, or alterations will be disclosed in the item description where reasonably possible. Customers are encouraged to request additional photographs, condition reports, or further information before purchasing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no representation or warranty is given as to the exact age, origin, maker, artist, attribution, or provenance of any item. However, should an item be shown to have been materially misdescribed, the customer should contact us promptly to discuss an appropriate remedy in accordance with their statutory rights.

refunds

All items are sold as described on the Website. Due to their age and nature, items may show signs of wear, restoration, or repair consistent with their age. Additional photographs, condition reports, and information are available upon request prior to purchase.

If you wish to return an item purchased through the Website, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery by emailing sales@jamierobertsonantiques.com. Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were supplied.

Following receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price. Original delivery charges and the costs of returning the item are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the safe return of the item.

Items purchased in person, including at viewings, collections, antique fairs, exhibitions, or other face-to-face transactions, are not eligible for return or refund solely because a customer changes their mind. Customers are encouraged to satisfy themselves as to the condition, age, authenticity, dimensions, and suitability of an item prior to purchase.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation. This includes your rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to conform to the contract
